I (Jaicika) started baking at 15 alongside my mom, making treats for school events and family gatherings. Those kitchen moments turned into something bigger — recipes passed down through four generations, from great-grandmother to grandmother to mother to me. In 2026, I founded Jaicy's Bakery to share those family recipes with the world. Today, I am building this with the intention of creating something I may leave for my kids one day. What keeps me going, easy, the look on a customer's face when they take that first bite — and the ideas they give her for new flavors and designs. Every order is a chance to create something new.
